BIKESydney is working to create a safer, more livable city. Our efforts so far have resulted in the initiation in a new bike plan, involvement on the City of Sydney bike Steering Committee and the roll out of bike parking rings – but there’s much more work ahead if we’re going to achieve our vision of a Sydney where everyone feels safe and comfortable riding their bike.

Become a BIKESydney supporter

BIKESydney supporters receive a weekly email with bike events and updates. We’ll alert you to volunteer opportunities, upcoming meetings, social rides and get-togethers.

Becoming a supporter is free. Just fill out the form and select ‘Submit’.

Become a BIKESydney member

Full members of BIKESydney are entitled to vote at meetings and stand for election as office bearers. Basically it gives you an opportunity to be more involved in the  way BIKESydney works.

We ask all full members to read through our constitution.

Potential new full members must be nominated by a current member via the application for membership form. The subscription year is 1 January to 31 December. Full memberships must be renewed annually. The annual subscription is $5.

1/ Download the BIKESydney Membership Form.

2/ Fill in the form including the signature of nominating member. Do not include any money with your application.

3/ Post the form to:

4/ Your application will be dealt with the next meeting. The secretary will let you know if your application has been approved.

5/When your application for membership is approved we’ll’ ask you to pay your annual fee via EFT. If you do not have access to Internet banking let us know and we’ll make other arrangements.
